great stay with minor parking issues

The King suite provided an excellent amount of space, along with a very comfortable mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. We found the amenities, like the pool and hot tub, to be well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The staff stood out for their friendliness, readily offering helpful recommendations for dining and local events. I also appreciated the bar area, made my evenings more cute.

Parking was somewhat tricky, though I imagine it could be more challenging during busy weekdays.

Location: marvellous, near to the attached restaurant as well as the harbor and many restaurants and stores. Also, close to everything downtown.

The King suite was super comfy! The king-size mattress felt great. The room was big with a nice sitting area. Loved the two large TVs and decent desk space, too. The bathroom was spacious and clean, always a plus. I liked that it was located right downtown, easy to get to things. The pool and hot tub looked nice, but we didn't use them. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Just a small note, breakfast wasn't included, but the restaurant was nice. Pretty impressed!

Had a memorable stay in spite of snow removal noise through the night. In our king suite there was an exceptionally good view of the harbour. Thanks to the great staff everything was brand-new, including a huge variety of delicious food. The location was exceptional, only 5 minutes walk to an official residence. We really enjoyed being there.

The King Suite was spacious and clean, with 2 large TVs and a super comfy King mattress. The bathroom had nice Aveda products and a large shower. Great views from the window too! The staff were so friendly and the pool was awesome with that waterfall feature. Loved the easy access to shops without going outside!

The location was excellent in Greater Charlottetown, as we were walking everywhere and did not rent a car. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the robes and the toiletries.

The room was very dusty, with dust bunnies on the floors and on the tv and other surfaces. Could not figure out why there was a counter top stove in the room??? Also, had booked a King Room but given a Double Queen, although did not mention this to Front Desk, as I felt perhaps they had overbooked, and felt lucky to get a room at all (just the impression I got when checking in).

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a cute bar area. On my first visit, the staff offered me a hot drink in the cold, which I still remember. Highly recommended!

We stayed there on Sunday, Oct 7 and arrived in the evening. Duane and Jim (manager) were spectacular!! It was our anniversary and they made it the best and most memorable. We could not have asked for more. Even a great dinner recommendation and they had a surprise dessert waiting for us when we got back. Give these men a raise for being so gracious and helpful. Loved the whole visit there especially the pool. Wonderful experience!

Nice central location with easy access to restaurants and sights. The room cleaning was inconsistent, and we found issues with the bathroom. Enjoyed the pool and nearby mini golf. Valet service could improve.

The contemporary design is very pleasing.The cleanliness and design of the room were exceptional. The Hotel is perfectly located in the City Center. The Restaurant, which is operated by an outside Company, is one of the best "Hotel" restaurants that we have encountered with truly excellent service and food quality,

As a very minor design issue, the glass bathroom doors destroy any degree of privacy in the bathroom and their location directly near the bed make it difficult to use the bathroom light without disturbing someone sleeping, especially with the light switch for the bathroom being outside the room.

Modern decor, location, good internet, fitness room, pool, cleanliness.

The hotel only has two elevators and one was out of service for two of the three days of our stay. While the desk staff is friendly and polite, they are not well trained and are generally not knowledgeable. During our stay, a drunk woke us at 2:00 A.M., pounding on our door looking for his girl friend. The desk clerk called police, but allowed the drunk to remain as guest of the hotel in the room he should have been (which was immediately adjacent to ours).

The room was spacious with a lovely view of the harbor. The location was perfect for a family outing, and we even enjoyed a great game at All About Golf nearby. Everyone was so friendly.

My children wished the sofa beds were more comfortable for sleeping.
